Remote Learning Information

Posted on April 15, 2020

Good afternoon Robinson CUSD#2 Families,

We will have a second pick up day for remote learning materials this Friday, April 17 from 9:00AM-12:00.  Packets will be available for all students attending Washington Elementary School and Lincoln Elementary School.  Students attending Nuttall Middle School and Robinson High School only need to pick up a packet if they have no Internet access or if a teacher has contacted you to let you know there will be materials for you. The directions for pick up will be the same as for the April 3 pick-up and are reprinted below for your reference.

At this point, the school building closure remains in effect through April 30.  We have not received any official communication from the State on whether the closure will be extended beyond that date. If the building closure is extended, we will notify you and we would plan to do one final materials distribution on Friday, May 1.

We miss our students and look forward to things getting back to normal whenever that may be.  In the meantime, stay safe and healthy.

Sincerely,
Josh Quick
Superintendent

Washington Elementary School

Each student attending Washington Elementary School will have a packet of information and activities contained in a large manila envelope with his or her name on the outside. On Friday. April 17 between 9:00 AM and 12:00, please approach Washington School driving north on Prairie Street.  Turn right onto Condit and immediately right into the circle drive in front of the building. Roll down your passenger side window and a volunteer will ask for your child’s full name and teacher’s name.  They will retrieve the packet for your child (or children) and drop it in the passenger window of your vehicle. If you have any library books you would like to return, there will be a cart with a box in it located on the driver’s side of your vehicle as you exit the circle drive.  You may drop library books into the box.  We ask that if possible, only one adult come to pick up the materials but we completely understand that this may not be feasible.  Please note that a map with instructions will be posted on the district website at www.robinsonschools.com.
