CERTAIN MONIES BETWEEN FUNDS
Education Fund to Debt Fund
Whereas, the provisions of the School Code of Illinois authorize the transfer of monies between certain funds of the district, and
Whereas, the Board of Education deems it necessary to transfer the sum of $18,003.84 from the Education Fund to the Debt Fund for the payment of amounts obligated for:
Principal and Interest Payments on Copier Lease Agreements
(Lease Levy Taxes Pledged)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of Community Unit School District No. Two, as follows:
Section 1: That the sum of $18.003.84 shall be transferred from the Education Fund of the district to the Debt Fund of the district pursuant to the provision of the School Code of Illinois. May it be understood that at the end of the above project any funds unused for this purpose shall be transferred back to the Education Fund.
Section 2: That the resolution shall become effective immediately on the date of its passage and all resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Passed by roll call vote of the Board of Education this 16th Day of August, 2021.
