8. Administrator Reports and Board Vision & Goals Updates
   NMS - Christmas week at NMS, basketball game tonight (Monday), concerts happening
   WES - Christmas musicals are back this year (after they were not around for a few years) Programs were at Highland Church of Christ
   LGS - Lincoln Singers and Band happening along with 3rd
   Rains - Knights of Columbus wanted to donate some money back to the district and it is being given to Bow Wow Biscuits
   RHS - Counseling Department received Silver Status, Beta Club inductees, Wizard of Oz had 3 great shows that involved many students - have Schultz email me her updates
   RHS - NMS having an attendance challenge to see who can have the highest attendance with rewards being given. PlayStation 5 as a reward.
   RHS - wrestling coming home with wins, competitive cheer is undefeated, and gearing up for Holiday Hoopla for basketball tourney

      Woll's Asphalt has the lowest estimate. Their total estimate of $62,824.50 includes removal of the existing concrete slab, removal of grass area between RHS teacher parking lot and counseling center lot, "wedging" of lot, 1.5 inches of new asphalt on west portion of lot (counseling center/special services building), and striping and painting of newly paved lot. I have attached updated estimates (same total, just split into two phases).
      
      If approved, this work will be completed in two phases--removal/preparation and finishing. Completion is set for early spring, weather permitting.
      
      Ambraw Asphalt's estimate for similar services was $75,000 and did not include striping.
