The following action was taken at Monday night’s school board meeting:

  • Consideration and approval to set 8th grade graduation date for Tuesday, May 19 at 6:00 P.M. at RHS
  • Consideration and approval of board policies referenced in PRESS Issue 121 that have no suggested changes
  • Consideration and approval of Consolidated District Plan for school year 26-27
  • Consideration and authorization for Superintendent to execute agreement for participation in community solar
  • Consideration and approval of the food service contract renewal for school year 26-27
  • Consideration and approval of lease agreement between Robinson CUSD#2 and ROE 12 for the use of space at WES for the Storybrooke PreK program
  • Consideration and approval of agreement with Lawrence Crawford Association for Exceptional Citizens for washing of district buses and fleet vehicles
  • Consideration and authorization for Superintendent to execute and sign an updated 5-year copier/printer lease agreement after receiving updated final proposals
  • Consideration and authorization for Superintendent to prepare amended budget for FY26
  • Consideration and authorization for Superintendent to prepare tentative budget for FY27

  • Casey Rodgers – PreK Parent and Family Coordinator (effective end of 25-26 school year)

Retirements:

  • Sarah Hemrich – NMS Library/Media Specialist (effective end of 30-31 school year)

Leave of Absence:

  • Kristia Brady – Bus Driver (effective 3/23/26)
  • Francie Shaffer – NMS Custodian (effective 4/27/26)

The next regular school board meeting will be Monday, May 18, 2026 at 5:30 P.M. at Central Office.
