The following action was taken at Thursday night’s school board meeting:

• Recognition and administration of School Board Member Oath of Office for newly appointed member
• Consideration and approval to uphold student discipline recommendation from District Hearing Officer regarding student #229113
• Consideration and approval of a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds from the Education Fund to the Debt Fund (2024 ISBE Tech Loan)
• Consideration and approval of a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds from the Education Fund to the Debt Fund (2025 ISBE Tech Loan)
• Consideration and approval of a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds from the Education Fund to the Debt Fund (2026 ISBE Tech Loan)
• Consideration and approval of a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds from the Education Fund to the Debt Fund (Principal and Interest payment on Copier Lease)
• Consideration and approval of the amended school calendar for the 2026-2027 school year
• Consideration and approval of updated Non-Certified Employee Handbook
• Consideration and approval of Board Policies with no changes recommended by IASB Press Issue 122
• First reading of Board Policies with changes recommended by IASB Press Issue 122
• Consideration and approval to update Board Policy 7:40
• Consideration and approval of a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds from the district’s Working Cash Fund to the district’s Capital Projects Fund
• Presentation and discussion regarding the tentative FY27 Budget
