8. Administrator Reports and Board Vision & Goals Updates
   Stark: Get Set Fashion Show fun community night. Mrs. Kiger's first grade class had the chance to film for Jesse Walker to ask weather-related questions, and they would be on air on WTWO.
   Bemont: Last week for floor hockey. Spring tutoring will start after that.
   McDonald: Girls playing sectionals in basketball. Boys playing regionals basketball. And prepping for the SAT.
   Apple: Competitive cheer had a successful debut season. Hyre went to state for boys wrestling. Girls wrestling state getting ready to happen.
   Rains: Slant Reading - Mrs. Shipman was asked to write about her time with that.
   1. Discussion of Wabash Valley Region IASB Meeting
   2. Facilities Updates
      Security projects for most of the buildings - the hold up is needing materials to get started.
      FCS - drawings were submitted to Josh/McDonald last week and a meeting will be set up to keep that moving. Should be ready to start bidding first of March.
      LGS Elevator - materials needed to get started. Still hopeful to start in April.
      PreK Addition - A preliminary block design for the addition to discuss.
