Public Comments: None
CUTEA: Mrs. Hemrich mentioned some of the extra time that Mrs. Wellum provides for 7th and 8th graders after school for homework help. She also talked about how the 7th grade team has a book club for after-school activities. Mrs. Klier talked about the 6th grade team that offers help after-school for students, and we do provide transportation for these students. Mrs. Thompson talked about how the 8th grade team provides a before-school opportunity for students to do work or ask for extra help from teachers. - New Business
- Consideration of a resolution authorizing the purchase of (3) full-sized pre-owned school buses to be delivered in July 2024.
Motion to approve the resolution authorizing the purchase of (3) pre-owned full-sized buses to be delivered in FY25. This motion, made by Strauch and seconded by Knoblett, Carried.

Farnsworth Update:
LGS - Elevator contractors provided 2 different schedules for start times, one starting in April and one starting in June
RHS - getting things ready to hopefully start the bid process for FCS Classroom
WES preschool - meeting scheduled to keep things moving on ideas
Administrator Reports:
WES: Posivitive Behavior Program has been going on the last 3 years. Next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, for K-1-2 they will make crafts as a reward process for their positive behaviors.
LGS: Students and Staff glad to be back after break. The hockey program started with 160 students attending. Teachers volunteer their time every day after school games. This program
runs through March.
NMS: Mr. Beals will give a tour of the building after meeting for those interested.
RHS: Students are getting ready to schedule classes for the Fall of 2024 next week. Planning for graduation has started.
RHS Athletics: All of our Fall Sports and Activities had an average GPA of 3.0 or Higher which qualifies them for the IHSA Team Academic Award. Girls Golf will not be listed on the website because they only had 3 participants--must have 6 to qualify.
Rains: K-5 Reading Intervention students are making progress and the teachers are excited for them seeing results.
Klier: Food Service Renewal Proposal has been started and is a long process.- Tour of Nuttall Middle School
